Anna Maria Stańczyk has received many awards have been made in recognition of her contribution to the world of music. The most notable are: the “Franz Liszt medal” for her playing of Liszt music, and the “Award of Merit” from the “Polish Ministry of Culture” for her international involvement in the field of culture.
In the year 2000 the recording company ‘Polskie Nagrania’ awarded Anna Maria with a ‘Platinum Disc’ for her CD ‘Anna Maria Stañczyk plays Liszt’. In 2002 Anna Maria was presented with a Gold Disc for her CD ’24 Classic Hits’ at her London South Bank performance.

Other significant engagements have included concerto performances with various philharmonic orchestras in Poland, England and Hungary with conductors such as Wojciech Rajski and Claus Peter Flor. She also performed recitals on two pianos with her professor, the late Louis Kentner.
In 2003 Anna Maria took part in a ceremony in Tirana where she unveiled the Frederick Chopin monument in the presence of the President of Albania and the President of Poland. She also gave concerts and master classes in the Tirana Academy of Music.
